Bolivian Festival - 244 Smith St Providence, RI 02908-4933 401 274-9245. Held on August 15-16, the Bolivian Festival starts at St Patrick's Church and the parade ends in the ice rink downtown. The parade is a dedication to Virgen de Urkupiña. Saturday's time is 2pm through 9pm. Then, on Sunday, the fun begins at 2pm and lasts until 6pm. There is no price to enjoy this event. It is free admission.
St. Patrick's Parade This parade is on Smith Street. Parade starts at noon. The St Patrick's Parade closes up the whole Smith Street for people to participate in the Parade. This parade is a way for people to celebrate their Irish heritage. It has been celebrated on Smith St. for about 20+ years.
